With more than 40 years of experience, and a background as a CPA, Mr. Gregg offers a diverse range of services not easily found in Northern Nevada.
We know that you have choices in selecting professionals. Let our experience in complex matters regarding probate, estate planning, preparing wills and trusts work for you to ensure that your goals are met.
The increase in the federal estate exemption against the estate and gift tax from under $600,000 to more than $5,500,000 million over the last 20 years shifts the focus for many people from estate taxes to other important goals in estate planning. Now that we have portability of the federal estate tax exemption, many people are left with outdated estate planning documentation. Many people are in the unfortunate position of having old documents that require the creation of irrevocable trusts that are no longer appropriate or desirable under current laws. We will be happy to look at the documentation you already have and advise you if it needs to be updated.
